Prince Peprah’s experience in training and development spans forty (40) years and includes memberships on the following committees.

  • Human Resource Development Assistance (HRDA) Export Training Component Team – 1997
  • Cross-Sectoral Planning Group on Enabling Environment (Legal and Administrative Framework, Plan Administration and Capacity Building) – 1996
  • Technical and Administrative Committees – Commonwealth Entrepreneurship Trainers Programme for Africa – 1995 & 1997
  • MDPI team of consultants on the Umbrella Programme for Sustained Employment Generation – 1992
  • Civil Service Reform Committee – 1987
  • MDPI Productivity Week Committee – 1996 and 1995

Prince has worked in several high profile organizations including, National Identification Authority (Director of HR and Administration and Acting CEO), Western Telesystems Ghana Ltd. (Head of HR and Administration), Zain Communications Ghana Ltd. (Rewards and Services Manager), AngloGold Ashanti (HRD Manager), AGC Ltd. (HRD Manager for the Ashanti Group), MDPI (Senior Consultant and Head of General Management Department), and University of Cape Coast (Graduate Research Assistant and Part-Time Lecturer). He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development CIPD and has been a guest lecturer for many local and international organizations.

Prince has benefited immensely from training programmes in the following Countries:

China, Italy, France, England, India, Japan, Bahrain, Nigeria, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Guinea, and Ghana.
