The Ghana Learning and Development Network (GLaDNet) is a community of Learning and Development professionals dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous learning, growth, and innovation. This provides a platform for sharing knowledge, best practices, and resources to enhance individual and organizational performance.  The Network serves as a center where professionals with knowledge in training, organizational development, instructional design and talent development, come together to exchange knowledge and expertise. 

GLaDNeT offers a supportive environment where professionals can seek advice, share best practices, and learn from one another’s experiences through regular interactions and knowledge-sharing activities. This seeks to promote a culture of continuous learning and the advancement of the learning and development field in Ghana.

Anyone in Ghana with an interest in Learning and Development can join the network in our events where we engage through forums, webinars, seminars and conferences and other educative and fun activities.
