Justina Adu-Amoah
Justina Adu-Amoah is a Lawyer and has over 25 years’ experience in Human Resources Management and Administration, having had exposure working in the public sector, NGO and private sector environments with international and global organizations.
Justina was admitted to the Ghana Bar in 2007. She holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Ghana, with a focus on Human Resources; a Bachelor of Arts (Secretaryship) and Diploma in Education obtained concurrently from the University of Cape Coast. She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association, Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Practitioners (CIHRMP).
Justina has worked in various organizations including Cummins West Africa Regional Organization (CWARO), where she had responsibility for managing the HR function in Ghana, Senegal and Ivory Coast. She also worked as the Chief of Human Resource and Corporate Affairs at GSMF International, a private voluntary health management organization. Justina also provided various consulting services to organizations within Africa, under a USAID funded project.
Justina’s areas of expertise include employment issues emanating from corporate transactions, day to day advice on general employment issues, employee and labour relations, HR Audit and training. She has broad experience in assisting start-up organizations set up their HR and administrative structures. She has also been involved in Collective Agreement negotiations.
